In thisposition, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such asrepairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy andfunctional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail isessential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant workexperience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterityand physical stamina necessary for this work. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and portray the VIVÂMEEValues. Perform minor fixes, such asrepairing broken locks, carpentry, damage to walls, uncloggingsinks/toilets and other minor plumbing duties, etc. Install necessary appliances andequipment as needed Check control panels andelectrical wiring to identify issues Complete regular maintenancetasks, such as replacing light bulbs and touching up paint Inspect and troubleshoot variousequipment and systems Test the functionality of thefacility’s safety systems Collaborate with a team ofworkers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions Report to Resort General Managerregarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently inprogress. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalentpreferred Proven experience as amaintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a corporatesetting Basic working knowledge of HVAC,plumbing, and electrical systems Experience working with tools,including hand and electrical tools Successful completion of on-siteapprenticeship training required Ability to read and utilizetechnical manuals and drawings Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills General passion for creativeproblem-solving EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND A MUST Disclaimer “This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of allresponsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditionsassociated with the job.
