You’ll also play a key role in supporting day-to-day facility operations, with the opportunity to expand into a broader facilities management role over time. If you’re passionate about real estate development, construction, and operational efficiency, this is the opportunity to make a lasting impact.**How You’ll Make an Impact*** Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects.* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.* Oversee construction progress, quality, and compliance.* Manage contracts, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.* Support facility maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.* Ensure alignment with sustainability and HSE standards.* Analyze project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.**Your Background*** Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.* Strong leadership and project management skills.
