If so, then we are working on an Accounting Analyst role that you might be interested in. A South Bay manufacturer is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join their team in this newly created position. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Analyst will be responsible for assisting with month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis. To be successful in this role, the Accounting Analyst must be able to work independently, be a critical thinker, and have excellent verbal communication skills. Requirements for the Accounting Analyst Role

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 2-4 years of public accounting experience Advanced Excel Responsibilities in this Accounting Analyst Role

Investigate accounting discrepancies, analyze costs, and management reporting Review monthly plant expenses Variance analysis and account reconciliations Assist with the financial statement audit Assist with ERP upgrades and systems maintenance when needed Analyze internal payments for accuracy Support income tax and other filings Support month-end close Be knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and updates within the accounting field What We Offer
