Prepare and analyze cost reports and variance analysis. Monitor production costs and ensure accuracy of data. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing. Assist in budgeting and cost forecasting. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Knowledge of ERP systems preferred. Fluent in English and Serbian. Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive. Seniority level:
