We will train, coach, mentor and develop the right candidate in our Wealth Management Advisor Program. Here, you’ll have access to award–winning training, technology, planning tools and supportive mentors to help you deliver expert advice to your clients.

Law Enforcement
Financial management, sales, insurance, and financial services
Prior sales and/ or business experience preferred

Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis and develop personalized financial plans for clients.
Utilize financial software and Microsoft Excel to create detailed reports and projections.
Provide financial guidance and recommendations based on individual client needs.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
Utilize military and/or previous work experience to bring discipline and strategic thinking to financial planning processes.

Performance-based earnings and revenue1:
Average advisor annual earnings of $61K-$119K (based on 2018-2023 company average for representatives in the first 3 years)
Top 25% advisor annual earnings of $137K-$250K (based on 2018-2023 company data for top quartile advisors in the first 3 years)
Additional income structure to support training and early development
Renewal income earned for continued client support and policy management
