We are looking for an inspired and driven individual to support the SKF Logistics operations process in North America. This role will support the creation of Logistics Dashboards, with the aim of increasing real-time data visualization and data quality, to facilitate improvements and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities

Create reports and extract data for review and analysis. Support data analysis pertaining to all aspects of logistics. Collaborate with Project Manager on data-centric projects. Assist in maintaining and improving existing logistics data analysis tools. Advise on best techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy and accuracy of data. Maintain 3rd Party users’ access to SKF systems. Monitor and troubleshoot ERI & RGA errors to ensure the processes are running correctly. Manage Inbound Problem area. Admin the block stock and late receipts processes. Support the Over Goods process. Support the development of new processes and monitor results. Perform daily operational job functions as needed. Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel. Expert skill in Power BI (queries, dashboards, DAX language, use of visualization). Understanding of database fundamentals (SQL is a plus). Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Orientation towards quality and results. Consistent accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to learn new data-related systems in short term. Previous exposure to operations processes (i.e., Warehouse, Transportation, Quality, Process Improvement). What You’ll Love About SKF
