Leasing Professional - Willow Glen Apartments, Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Who We Are:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join Willow Glen Apartments in Sacramento, CA. You will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community’s leasing goals, maximizing occupancy, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for day-to-day leasing operations, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies. Responsibilities
Leasing & Marketing: Promote the community, conduct tours, and manage outreach campaigns to drive traffic. Maintain online listings and social media presence to increase visibility. Lease Signing & Move-In Coordination: Screen applicants, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins. Maintain accurate lease documentation. Resident Satisfaction & Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals, address concerns, and implement retention strategies. Sales & Lead Generation: Convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate new prospects through events and follow-ups. Administrative Support: Maintain records, assist in reporting, support the Community Manager with renewals, resident files, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in sales or leasing property management. Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home. Goal oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities (leasing, tours, paperwork, resident needs). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) or similar systems. Friendly, energetic, approachable personality for prospective and current residents. Availability to work weekends to meet the needs of potential residents and conduct tours during peak hours. Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Benefits
