Overview
We’re seeking a Controller to lead all financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning across the organization. This role will be pivotal in helping drive sustainable growth, manage complex accounting functions, and support senior leadership with data-driven decision making.
Base compensation $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a small but growing accounting team
Manage financial reporting, cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning and growth initiatives
Implement scalable financial policies, streamline payroll and AP/AR functions
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for stakeholders
Support external audits and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banks, and advisors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation required
10+ years in accounting or finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Experience in healthcare or clinical environments strongly preferred
Proficient in financial systems, data analysis, and compliance frameworks
Skilled in managing payroll, budgeting, and internal controls
Location Moorcroft, WY
