The role involves appraising real estate properties independently for dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, estate purposes, and other uses. Essential Duties:

Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties, collaborating with senior staff and reviewing reports. Conduct comprehensive appraisals, evaluating commercial properties to establish market value. Make independent decisions and judgments in developing appraisals for complex properties. Inspect properties. Complete formal review responses with guidance from senior staff if requested. Engage directly in client meetings. Maintain knowledge of current regulations, zoning laws, and appraisal standards. Utilize necessary software programs used in the business. Stay familiar with essential data sources. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in real estate, economics, or finance; MS or MBA in real estate preferred. State Certified General Appraiser License. 3-6 years of professional experience as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Experience in writing appraisal and review reports of complex commercial properties. Understanding of property valuation concepts, terminology, and tax processes. Knowledge of Argus software required. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Working Conditions:
