McKesson is seeking a Sr. Manager of Finance to lead FP&A and Controllership activities for US Oncology’s Regional Business Offices (RBOs) and headquarters revenue cycle expenses. The role involves financial planning, reporting, analysis, forecasting, and strategic support, with a focus on cost management and financial performance articulation to practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics for the Practice Management/US Oncology business unit. Provide variance analysis tied to KPIs to enable prudent decision-making. Develop and enhance rolling forecasts aligned with strategic objectives. Improve analytical processes for customer profitability and expense management. Understand practice-specific RBO contracts, allocation drivers, and RCM performance. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure comprehensive financial understanding. Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring strong employee attraction and development. Assist with process improvements and business case development. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 9+ years of professional experience, including 1+ years in supervisory roles. Critical Skills:

Extensive finance experience, strategic thinking, excellent communication, advanced Excel skills, experience with financial analysis and modeling, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Salary Range:

$108,700 - $181,100 annually, with additional incentives based on performance. Preferred Skills:
