Position Description PAR Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate and Reporting Accountant to play a crucial role on a world‑class finance team. The role involves working with various ERP and consolidation tools to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Reports To Manager, Corporate Accounting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Active CPA

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting

Additional Skills

Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, preferred

Attention to detail and not settling for repeating existing steps

Motivated to take advantage of great opportunity to learn and grow their career

Excellent organizational skills

Strong business acumen to develop an understanding of the business in addition to the accounting

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations and functions

Systems Knowledge & Experience

Data Visualization (Microsoft Power BI)

Microsoft AX Dynamics

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What you will be doing and owning

Financial Consolidation and SEC Reporting

Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements for internal and external reporting, including the statement of cash flows

Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data across multiple entities and currencies

Assist in the preparation of footnotes for SEC filings, including 10‑K, 10‑Q, and other required reports

Identify and resolve system‑related issues to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes

Intercompany Analysis And Reconciliations

Perform intercompany transaction analysis, reconciliations, and eliminations during consolidation

Ensure proper accounting and reporting of intercompany activities across entities

Prepare reconciliations for key balance sheet and income statement accounts

Flux Analysis

Perform detailed flux analysis to identify and explain key variances between periods

Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies or unusual trends

Process Improvement And Reporting

Identify and implement opportunities for improving consolidation, reporting, and compliance processes

Develop analytics and dashboards for financial data to support decision‑making by management

Support special projects, including system integrations, acquisitions, or entity restructurings

Support data collection for various mandatory surveys and compliance

Compensation Range: $85K - $104K
