This role is essential in supporting the financial health of our organization and requires a strong understanding of technical accounting practices. Duties
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounting. Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial information. Utilize QuickBooks or Quicken for efficient record-keeping and reporting. Generate financial reports to support management decision-making. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits as needed. Maintain organized financial records for easy access and review. Experience
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of accounts payable, payroll, technical accounting, budgeting, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, on-site from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a starting salary of $50,000 per year.
