to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with a background in the
construction industry , looking to step into a leadership role with exposure to acquisitions and strategic financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly close processes, including revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations Ensure compliance and licensing for contracts with general contractors Manage monthly sales tax filings and quarterly payroll tax filings (PA & NJ) Review and support accounts payable processes Collaborate with the Controller on financial reporting and process improvements Team Structure: Reports directly to the
