The ideal candidate will have: The PM Powerhouse: Proven, significant experience in Project Management —you know the methodologies, and more importantly, you know how to adapt them to get results. The Financial Crimes Crusader: Deep, practical experience in Risk Management practices specifically within Financial Crimes (FC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) . You speak the language of compliance and security. The Transformation Driver: A track record in driving successful Change Management and program delivery . You don't just manage change; you champion it and make it stick. The Master Communicator: Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.
