Responsibilities
Assist finishers in preparing wood surfaces for stain, paint, and sealers. Sand, wipe, and prep parts for finishing. Apply stains, sealers and finishes using brushes, spray guns or wiping techniques under the guidance of head finisher. Ensure consistency in color and finish across all wood products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finishing area. Properly handle materials, tools, and finishing equipment. Follow safety protocols, including PPE use and proper material disposal. Requirements
Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic. Willingness to learn finishing techniques and shop procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Prior woodworking or finishing experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate. Benefits
