Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals by generating new leads and maintaining relationships with current clients, focusing on growing and diversifying our book of business.
Provide education and consulting on captive insurance to existing clients, prospects, and agency partners.
Maintain ongoing client relationships, addressing their evolving needs and delivering necessary documentation.
Participate in all sales activities, promoting a positive attitude and supporting agency growth.
Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and member meetings.
Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and fostering growth within the captive community.
Ensure team accountability and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Sales experience, ideally in commercial property and casualty insurance.
Hold or be able to obtain a state-specific Insurance Agent's License within 90 days.
Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in technology including Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
