Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 per year $16.50 - $17.05 per hour + Commission (The Finance Manager position includes a pay scale with base hourly wages between $16.50 and $17.05. The
Finance Manager
ensures the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross objectives daily, monthly, and annually. They are responsible for generating additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products to customers. Responsibilities include: Making a monthly projection of vehicle requirements for the upcoming 90 days Forecasting unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits annually and monthly Selling financing, insurance, extended warranties, and aftermarket items Establishing relationships with finance sources Submitting paperwork for finance approval Conducting daily meetings with sales staff to review results and plans Leading sales meetings and facilitating pre-delivery with the Service Manager Training sales staff on finance procedures Handling rate quotations and ensuring paperwork accuracy Logging sales income, verifying insurance, deposits, and trade payoffs Following all safety policies and reporting accidents Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and comprehend instructions Finance degree or relevant experience Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Previous sales experience Computer skills preferred Professional appearance Authorization to work in the USA Ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and possess a valid driver’s license All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
