Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical integration specifications

Design & Development: Design and build integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and APIs

Testing & Implementation: Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet business requirements

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support to end-users and clients by troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including functional leads, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful integration projects

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for integration designs, processes, and best practices

Training and Handover: Training resources on the integration built so they can support after go live

Key Responsibilities This position will be responsible to design, develop, test, and implements solutions to connect the Workday platform with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow for HR, finance, and other business functions. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, building integrations using tools like Workday Studio and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of experience in similar role working as a Workday integration consultant

Strong technical skills in Workday's integration tools and web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST)

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
