Wrike is looking for a Billing Specialist with strong analytical abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills to improve organizational efficiency and help our team grow! You will assist and communicate with our customers on collections, credits, and related license subscription inquiries to resolve billing and account related issues. More about Your team
Wrike’s globally distributed Billing team is an integral part of the company. Billing ensures proper and timely customer payments application and collection. The team assists and manages account inquiries for a world class customer experience. How You’ll Make an Impact
Process customer orders and invoices per Contract and Order Form terms. Assist with deal structuring and sales team’s inquiries. Deal approvals. Communicate and resolve customer account queries by telephone and email. Investigate, substantiate, and prepare customer credits or bad debt write-offs. Pull, review, and analyze data related to customer accounts, billing information, and purchase contracts. Set up and register customer accounts with 3rd party payment portals such as Ariba. Assist in providing support documentation for audits. Collaborate with the data team to ensure appropriate reporting of billing and revenue data. Recommend and help implement improvements to our data collection and reporting methodologies in the billing system. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Finance, and Legal) to resolve billing and ordering issues. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Provide assistance with collections and order processing as required. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing, order processing, and collections. Experience with US sales processes and working with US-based customers. Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools or NetSuite. Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. Familiarity with legal aspects of billing, including understanding what approvals are, why they are required, and the process for securing approvals. Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) products and subscription billing models. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Support teams. Strong customer service, Excel, and analytical skills. Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus. Previous experience in order processing and collections is highly preferred.
