(209)577-3663 Job Description Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records Assist in generating monthly billing statements Create and submit invoices to customers Identify delinquent accounts Collect payments from customers and record transactions in the system Collections Prepare and submit bank deposits Maintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures At least 6 months of relevant experience Knowledge of accounting principles Excellent customer service skills Basic understanding of common Accounting software Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $26.00
