## Job Description# Business Analyst·
Lead the review, analysis, and evaluation of current business systems and user requirements·
Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements using techniques such as brainstorming, interviews, data mining, and document analysis·
Ensure supplier deliverables align with documented requirements and project schedules·
Produce comprehensive requirement artifacts: use cases, business rules, interface requirements, activity diagrams, wireframes, test cases, traceability matrices, and error validations* Strong leadership and facilitation skills in cross-functional environments* Experienced in creating business and system requirements for on-premise and Web/Cloud based applications* Proficiency in business process modeling, system integration, and SaaS/cloud-based implementations* Experienced in all phases of testing from planning through execution* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities* Self-motivated with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships* Succinct in Delivery – Aware of the audience, key points and topics and delivers in the appropriate format (verbal and written) and timeframe; speaks to multiple levels in the organization* Accurate and timely documentation of business and system requirements* High-quality testing and validation processes that ensure system readiness* Effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors* Positive feedback from stakeholders and end users* Successful implementation and adoption of new systems with minimal disruption* Accurate, timely and complete reporting including risk and financial updates* **Experience**:* 10+ years in business analysis, including COTS and SaaS implementations* Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid development experience (Preferred)* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (Preferred)- Strong written and verbal communication
