Position Summary

We’re currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Nashville, TN team. This role will focus on centralized bank administration, process improvements, and supporting strategic Treasury initiatives. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be a key member of the Cash Management team for Bridgestone Americas and its subsidiaries across North America, Europe, and Asia. Note:

This position is HYBRID, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at our Nashville HQ. Responsibilities

Create and lead process improvements for the 90-day cash forecast for US and Canada, including analyzing historical data. Manage centralized bank administration tasks such as account opening, modifications, closures, signers, user access, cash maps, Reval static data, Bank KYC requirements, M&A Day 1 letters, and other preparations. Oversee settlement processes for FX and commodity spot/hedging transactions. Update treasury’s monthly executive dashboards. Identify operational data to support process standardization and improvements in daily cash operations. Assist with monthly intercompany settlements, month-end activities, and other strategic treasury projects. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in Treasury Operations or Cash Management. Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Reval) is highly preferred. Ability to work effectively under ambiguity and prioritize tasks proactively. Strong process documentation, analysis, and improvement skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
