Job Description About the Department / Team The Global Product organization works closely with Investment Management and Client Coverage to build a world‑class platform comprised of public and private funds, separate accounts, and other custom investment solutions, driving long‑term value through innovative products and services. By leveraging our deep talent and experience, we aim to enhance revenue growth and profitability while ensuring our teams are aligned, coordinated, and prioritized to meet evolving client demands.

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Product Associate to join our Global Digital Assets team within the Product Division. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast‑evolving space at the intersection of asset management and digital assets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in strategy and analysis, experience working in Web3, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of Invesco’s digital assets product strategy, including crypto‑linked offerings, tokenized funds, and blockchain/Web3 applications

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and thematic deep dives to inform product development and strategic initiatives

Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and presentations to support internal decision‑making and stakeholder communications

Collaborate cross‑functionally with investment teams, distribution, technology, legal, compliance, and marketing to drive digital asset initiatives forward

Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the digital asset ecosystem

Assist in preparing materials for senior leadership, client meetings, and external engagements

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, fintech, consulting, or a Web3/blockchain‑focused project

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and decentralized applications

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a global, team‑oriented environment

Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast‑evolving space

Strong intellectual curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies

Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams

Self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, computer science, or related discipline

The salary range for this position in New York City is $140,000 – $160,000 / year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
