Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Financial Advisor located in Las Vegas, NV or Castle Rock, CO and surrounding areas. The Registered Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services, advising clients on investments, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies. Daily tasks include conducting financial analyses, developing personalized financial plans, monitoring investment portfolios, and maintaining client relationships. Contacting current clients and marketing to prospects daily. Proactively building a Financial Advisor practice for yourself. Attend weekly training sessions. The role involves both client-facing interactions and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Source prospects and develop new client relationships
Reach out to leads and hold productive client meetings
Implement wealth management strategies to meet client investment objectives and needs
Manage existing client relationships
Work with team to ensure high quality client experience
Follow all rules, regulations, and registration requirements
Qualifications (New Financial Advisor)
Display the ability to be a self-starter/entrepreneur.
Be a professional at all times, both internally with our team and externally with the public
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Qualifications (Experienced Financial Advisor)
Knowledgeable in Investments and Wealth Management
Strong skills in Financial Advisory and Client Relationship Management
FINRA Series 7, 66 registrations and state insurance licenses
Relevant certifications such as CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®) professional are a plus
