Compensation Lead
The Compensation Lead will serve as the subject matter expert in the administration of compensation-related projects. This role will partner closely with cross functional groups to contribute and lead in the design, administration, evaluation, and implementation of various compensation programs and initiatives.
What you will do
Leads compensation projects proactively and autonomously defining scope and priorities. Researches, analyzes, and recommends compensation practices based on relevant insights and market practices.
Serves as an adviser to cross functional partners on market and economic trends, organizational structures, job leveling, market pricing, job classification, compensation offers or salary administration to ensure alignment with business strategy and compensation philosophy.
Supports the development, design and administration of compensation programs which includes base pay and incentive programs and policies to support customer groups that are cost effective, consistent with market trends and organization objectives.
Leads the testing, implementing, and finalizing of the annual salary planning processes including, but not limited to, annual merit increase and incentive compensation (IC).
Manages IC administration, financial analysis, and budgeting. Partners with finance to ensure that accruals are accurate.
Leads compliance efforts related to pay transparency and equity, and minimum wage.
Identifies internal opportunities for improvement; builds business process steps and programming to continually improve. Collaborates with HRIS team to eliminate data inaccuracies and minimize negative impacts to compensation programs.
Manages vender relationship with JDXpert and serves as the subject matter expert on the JDXpert and Workday integration to ensure data integrity.
Manages the vendor relationship and serves as the relocation subject matter expert consulting and advising cross functional partners to ensure compliance.

What you will bring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
7-9 years related experience (Preferred)
Strong process and project-management skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. (High proficiency)
Self-motivated, organized problem solver with strong process skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. (High proficiency)
Expert proficiency in Excel required (High proficiency)
Experience with HCM systems including Workday (High proficiency)
Demonstrated ability to provide an advisory and consultative approach and influence through effective written and verbal communication. (High proficiency)
Prior experience in compensation systems preferred (market pricing tools, such as MarketPay / JDXpert). (Medium proficiency)
