Overview
Home Improvement Financing Lending Specialist – Regions Bank. The role is responsible for accepting and processing customer loan applications while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy in all job functions. The role also provides administrative support within the group and communicates professionally with external customers and internal partners. Primary Responsibilities
Handles customer phone calls and assists customers with financing home improvements Adjusts existing applications as needed Communicates application processes and provides approval or denial decisions to customers Ensures company procedures are followed Serves as a back up to perform administrative support functions Prepares and composes letters and reports May provide guidance to associates with less experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Preferences
Professional work experience preferably in a financial institution Skills And Competencies
Ability to use good judgement in difficult situations Ability to work in a fast-paced and team environment Demonstrated ability to follow direction and training procedures Excellent computer skills, including general database applications and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent customer relation skills Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Additional Preferences
Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm. There is also a mandatory rotational Saturday. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview. Position Type

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Minimum Job Range Target: $36,500.00 USD Median: $41,540.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible. Benefits Information
