Assistant Property Manager – Luxury Lease Up Base pay range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Process tenant move‑in and move‑out forms.

Review and reconcile operating expense budgets and estimates.

Maintain basic commercial lease knowledge to process leases and insurance requirements.

Communicate, organize, and follow up regularly with properties, tenants, upper management, office staff, owners, vendors, and others.

Retrieve voicemails, emails, and other communications in a timely manner with immediate response to in‑house emails and timely response to all others.

Maintain CAM, budgets, invoice processing for accounts payable, and work order processing.

Qualifications

Prior Assistant Property Management experience required.

Financial reporting experience and ability to prepare detailed property budgets.

Working knowledge of mechanical systems (elevators, chillers, cooling towers, fire‑life‑safety systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational, time‑management, motivational, and leadership skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal savvy.

Bi‑lingual preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse.

Some local travel to properties.
