The role is an in-person position based in Smyrna, GA, supporting senior leadership with dashboards, models, and analysis across inventory, operations, and purchasing. Location: In-person role based in Smyrna, GA (Atlanta metro area). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. What You Will Do
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop meaningful insights using advanced data analysis; create and maintain Tableau dashboards; produce month-end inventory reports and reconcile month-to-month changes. Business Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and recommend improvements; leverage data and forecasting to drive inventory management and operational efficiency. Forecasting & Inventory Management: Develop forecasting models to anticipate demand and optimize inventory; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven decisions with business goals. Data Integration & Management: Design and manage data pipelines connecting various data sources; proficiency in SQL to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical teams. Problem Solving: Address complex business challenges with data-driven solutions; advise on best practices for data analysis and optimization. Communication & Presentation: Convey findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; prepare presentations with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Continuous Improvement: Improve internal tools and processes using new technologies and industry trends. Qualifications & Skills
Required
3+ years in a business analyst, data analyst, or data-heavy role Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel Experience building dashboards, forecasting, and analyzing large datasets Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field Nice to Have
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or inventory-driven businesses Familiarity with supply chain, merchandising, or financial reporting Interest in photography or creative industries Other Skills & Standards
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials; ability to write reports and present information to managers and stakeholders Mathematical Skills: Basic algebra, ability to work with percentages and budgets; basic knowledge of statistics and core machine learning concepts Benefits
