Base pay range : $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities
Supervise all accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare and manage quarterly and annual budget process/reconciliations for management review Oversee day-to-day finance operations: billing & collections from affiliates, vendor payments, payroll, etc. Manage third-party fund administrators, coordinate capital calls, and track distributions Serve as main contact for tax providers and auditors, ensuring timely audits and filings Oversee relationships with bankers and monitor debt covenants Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred 6+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, fund administration, or within an alternative investment firm or investment bank Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to take on increasing responsibility Employment Type
