Join us as a Commercial Lender/Attorney Banking Specialist (ABS) in the Jacksonville market and elevate your career beyond what is possible in a traditional bank! In this role, you will meet and exceed deposit, fee income, and commercial lending goals. Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, including cross-selling products and services. Develop new business, structure, and close commercial loans, and maintain a loan portfolio. Represent Climate First Bank actively in community affairs. This position is primarily remote but requires physical presence in Jacksonville. Candidates must be local to the area. Please send your resume to apply. Job Responsibilities: Identify new loan opportunities through business development efforts. Establish, grow, and manage our attorney and law firm banking portfolio, including deposit and lending relationships. Achieve sales meeting and call goals; document activities in Salesforce. Cross-sell financial products and develop profitable loans. Coordinate loan solicitations, negotiations, and closings. Increase energy-efficient loan production (PV panels, EV charging, LEED buildings). Meet production and growth goals, including DDA growth. Guide borrowers through applications and advise on financial status. Monitor credit quality and past-due loans. Develop referral relationships with realtors, CPAs, builders, etc. Evaluate and approve commercial loans and lines of credit. Contribute to sustainability and community reinvestment goals. Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations, including BSA and Compliance requirements. Specific Requirements: Excellent sales, interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills. Superior customer service skills. Prior commercial lending experience required. Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills. Knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and laws. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills.
