Director of Business Development & Executive Recruiter
Location: New York, New York – (Fully in office / On site)
Salary: $135K-$160K + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures Prepare journal entries Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with expense policy Monthly closings and preparation of monthly reports Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts Prepare analysis of accounts as requested Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses Perform financial recordkeeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential information. End-to-end accounting and reporting with minimal manual intervention. Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditure. Prepare Consolidated Management Company financial Statements Maintain company controls Automate processes / look for opportunities to improve efficiency across accounting & finance functions Prepare one-off reporting as requested by Senior Management Prepare materials for Operating Committee meetings Support FP&A Work with external tax partners on the annual Audit and Tax reporting for the Management Company Contributing to various special projects including capital transactions, acquisitions, and process improvements to improve overall group efficiencies Other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements:
CPA Designation Required 2+ Years of Public Accounting Experience 2+ Years of PE Fund Accounting preferably in a Management Company Accounting Environment (Consolidation / Multi Currency) Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills Experience with Sage/ Intacct accounting GL system software a plus Seniority level
