You’ll be a key player in enhancing the client experience while working alongside a tight-knit group of professionals who are passionate about delivering top-tier financial solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the primary advisor to existing clients, reviewing and updating financial plans to reflect their evolving goals and market trends.

Proactively identify new financial opportunities and planning strategies during client interactions.

Cultivate deep, long-term client relationships—building trust and creating opportunities for multigenerational planning and referrals.

Collaborate with internal planning and operations teams to build, refine, and implement comprehensive financial plans.

Provide strategic oversight on financial plans to ensure alignment with clients’ goals, timelines, and risk profiles.

Integrate a wide range of planning areas into a cohesive strategy.

Work hand-in-hand with internal financial planners—your focus will be on strategic direction and execution.

Contribute to a positive, client-first team culture focused on delivering exceptional service and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Minimum of 5+ years in financial planning, investment strategy, and client relationship management.

Experience in a broker-dealer or FINRA-registered environment.

Strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills.

A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Ability to work from the Manhattan Beach office 3 days per week.
