Base pay range $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Responsibilities Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques, and ensuring member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines and policy. Supports the Open Door Policy, participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates, and promotes compliance with company policies and procedures. Provides and ensures member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, providing guidance and support on self‑service technology, and assisting members with transactions utilizing registers or self‑checkout. Oversees the area by handling claims, returns, zoning, arranging and organizing merchandise, locating shrink and damages, and maintaining availability of carts and assisting members with transporting items. Maintains cleanliness of the parking lot, completes accounting records, files transactions, prepares daily deposits, oversees cash fund transfers, investigates overages and shortages, creates and interprets financial analysis reports, and ensures confidentiality and accuracy of financial and personal information. Implements processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborates with managers and coworkers, monitors progress, addresses improvement opportunities, promotes compliance with company policies and ethical standards, and supports the Open Door Policy. Works as a team, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact and positivity, and mentors others. Demonstrates integrity and customer focus while serving members and achieving results.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
6 months retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (cash register)
6 months customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications Leading a front‑end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
