Personal Lines Account Manager

A day in the life.
Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters; develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads as appropriate and in accordance with standard practices, policies, and procedures.
Determine acceptability and placement of coverage and collect premium payments when applicable.
Resolve billing issues and service requests while maintaining concern for timeliness and completeness of information.
Monitor status of change requests, review policy documents for accuracy and follow up to delivery of change documents to clients.
Oversee the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
Support clients with standard and complex inquiries regarding coverages, products, and services the company offers.
Document and respond to client calls, emails and mail transactions.
Communicate with clients to obtain additional information to complete transactions.
Our future colleague.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active current and valid Florida 2-20 insurance license.
3+ years of experience in personal lines industry, including thorough knowledge of personal lines products.
Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience with Sagitta and Image Right.
Experience with EPIC.
