This role will fully own the buildout and day-to-day management of Rilla’s accounting operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and work across a wide range of critical financial systems and processes, including: Month-end close Corporate tax management Subscription billing and revenue recognition Accounts payable and invoice reconciliation Cash collection and churn tracking Sales tax compliance and state registrations Corporate credit card and commercial insurance management Benefits administration and support for our growing team What You’ll Get

2+ years of experience at an accounting firm (ideally with SaaS clients) Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting practices Hands-on experience with QuickBooks AND NetSuite Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management An EXTREMELY HIGH degree of intellectual curiosity and a love for solving complex problems CPA certification and a degree in Accounting or Finance Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000/year. Successful candidates with competing offers will receive matching and competitive offers. Total compensation for this position may also include Incentive Stock Options and other potential future incentives. This estimate excludes the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives. Benefits
