Manage and oversee the month-end close process, prepare and review financial reports, review and prepare budgeting and forecasting, and provide analytical support for key initiatives and ad hoc requests for the distribution centers assigned within the region. Prepare month-end reporting and review such as P&L with distribution center and regional management, balance sheet review, and operational KPI review. Review and identify operational/financial risks and opportunities (labor, Repairs & Maintenance, etc.). Support analysis of major initiatives such as new facilities, network optimization, delivery frequency changes, and pay methodology changes. Support internal controls including periodic physical inventory processes, bi-annual fixed asset inventory, pricing/rebate/recovery/approval review, and nonstock expense review/approval. Support distribution center leadership with preparation of distribution center performance reporting for local Supply Chain Advisory Councils. Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of management experience; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 13+ years of specific experience and 7+ years of management experience. Preferred Education And Experience
Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Benefits
