Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, evaluate, provide guidance, and answer bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues. Create high-quality customer experiences that instill confidence and ensure follow-up communication is timely. Research regulations to support guidance. What You Bring To The Table
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification 3+ years in using QuickBooks Online (QBO) in similar bookkeeping roles Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software High degree of customer service skills with professional, friendly, and reassuring communication via video and audio tools Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, Fiber).
