We offer a range of services including fire sprinkler systems, security/intrusion/camera/access systems, fire alarm and detection systems, special hazards systems, voice data systems, and fire extinguisher products. We are currently seeking a sales leader in the Metro St. Louis area.

Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience is required.
Experience in the fire and life safety industry and/or building services and maintenance is a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
Willing to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction), and the public.
Business development and/or marketing experience is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license per company policy.
Willingness to adhere to company safety policies.
Responsibilities:
Establish contact with potential qualified buyers through scheduled sales calls, follow-up on leads promptly, and support marketing strategies.
Identify customer needs via site surveys and discuss findings with customer personnel.
Prepare and deliver proposals that address customer life safety needs.
Contribute to pricing strategies for inspection accounts.
Maintain and report sales activities and participate in monthly sales meetings.
Understand market dynamics within the assigned geographic area and report on market share, competition, and key prospects.
Develop and sustain a pipeline of proposals to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that exceed expectations.
Support other teams within Premier Fire & Security and APi Group as needed.
Adhere to the Premier Fire & Security Operating code at all times.
