Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) TAG specializes in providing financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, accounting advisory, and other M&A services for various clients worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our growing team in multiple U.S. cities. As a Senior Associate, you will work on diverse projects across industries, gaining exposure to our integrated due diligence approach that emphasizes key value drivers and combines operational, functional, industry expertise with financial services. Responsibilities include: Assist with financial due diligence, identifying risks, assessing business strengths and weaknesses, and evaluating transactions. Analyze financial statements and operational data, synthesizing information for discussions with management. Assess earnings quality, net assets, and cash flows. Help prepare reports and presentations highlighting key findings and drivers. Participate in meetings with management and clients, serving as a point of contact. Build and maintain client relationships and support business development. Qualifications: 2-4 years of audit and financial due diligence experience, with at least 1 year in financial due diligence. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field. CPA or in process of obtaining it. Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
