Position Summary
Arcesium seeks a highly motivated, Treasury Senior Manager to join our Customer Success team; working with sophisticated financial services clients. In this role you will draw from your liquidity management, margin and financing expertise, collaboration and communication skills, and apply insights you have to help provide the best user experience for clients.
Responsibilities Treasury Relationship Management:
Conduct and lead meetings with the client regularly keeping them abreast of all activities and changes that might impact operations. Drive and project manage client led Treasury projects and initiatives Act as escalation point for daily operations
Perform Liquidity Management functions and produce reporting Treasury Product related project work:
Contribute feedback and insight on Treasury Product initiatives Propose ideas for potential product enhancements Help test and relay to clients any rollouts and changes relating to Arcesium treasury projects.
Qualifications 8+ years experience in Treasury or Risk related services with knowledge of liquidity management required, and margin and financing calculation considered a plus. Strong interpersonal skills: stakeholder management, communication (both verbal and written), critical thinking skills, ability to build and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships. The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
