Real Assets Due Diligence, Global Portfolio Solutions & Strategy - Senior Associate / Vice President Blue Owl Capital invites applications for a Senior Associate or Vice President role within its Real Assets Due Diligence team, part of the Global Portfolio Solutions & Strategy (GPSS) organization.

The firm invests across Credit, Real Assets, and GP Strategic Capital platforms, serving institutional, individual, and insurance investors with differentiated alternative investment opportunities.

The position is based in New York City, requires Monday to Friday office presence, and offers a base annual salary range of $130,000 to $180,000, plus discretionary bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assist with fundraising efforts and ongoing client service through facilitating the investment and operational due diligence processes for Blue Owl's Real Asset products.

Organize and maintain a due diligence pipeline for new and ongoing initiatives across Real Asset products, including managing the diligence database of responses.

Develop due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), data‑centered portfolio analysis, and other collateral to facilitate operational and investment diligence.

Facilitate in‑person and virtual on‑site operational and investment due diligence, including coordinating internal participants from the Real Assets investment and operational teams.

Respond to ad hoc client queries and produce recurring deliverables for existing Real Assets products.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute inbound investment and operational‑related client deliverables in a timely fashion.

Become familiar with and communicate details around fund products and strategies, including portfolio and investment‑level information.

Understand operational functions across the firm to assist with new product and fund launches.

Assist with strategic initiatives to grow Blue Owl's private wealth business, including liaising with corporate operations, strategy, investor relations, and international client solution teams.

Maintain a library of standard DDQ responses through an automated online repository, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of responses.

Work collaboratively with GPSS and across internal teams to improve transparency into GPSS workstreams and project pipeline.

Learn new tools and technology that will enable more effective execution of tasks across the team.

Qualifications

5‑7 years of experience in alternatives or wealth management; financial services experience strongly preferred.

Data‑oriented with strong Excel and/or Tableau skillset.

Strong communication and project management capabilities.

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growing environment while staying focused and organized.

Driven and self‑starter with the ability to execute assigned initiatives and go above and beyond.

Intellectually curious and highly collaborative.

Bachelor’s degree required.
