The Leasing Consultant's responsibilities include: Showing and leasing units to prospective residents Handling resident questions, concerns, and complaints courteously Completing and maintaining resident and property files Conducting outreach marketing regularly Executing Fair Housing practices consistently Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude Assisting with resident retention Walking the marketing path daily Processing lease applications and qualifying residents Supporting the Property Manager with administrative tasks Resolving resident concerns and issues Other duties as assigned Requirements include: High School Diploma or Equivalent 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in property management 1-3 years of sales experience Valid Driver's License with auto insurance Strong customer service skills and a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable resolving conflicts and problem-solving Willingness to work weekends, with Saturday as a required day Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus but willing to train Ability to pass drug screening and background check Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions, benefits, 401K, paid time off, and employee housing discounts. This is a full-time, entry-level position in sales and management.
