Wilco Cabinet Makers, Inc., is a premier manufacturer of custom cabinetry located in Green Bay, WI. Our company designs, builds and installs high-quality, custom cabinetry for residential and commercial clients. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our cabinet production team! Experience is preferred but not necessary as we will train. Position Summary:

Positions are available in all areas of production including sanding, finishing, building, and installing. You will be successful in any position if you are driven, have a passion for performing quality work, and have an eye for detail. Duties and Responsibilities:

Parts and Building:

This position cuts and assembles all parts of the cabinetry and requires accuracy to ensure the cabinetry is built per plan. This department uses air-assist nail guns, levels, clamps, screw guns, table saws and various other tools so applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Inspection of all finished parts and quality control to ensure cabinetry is ready for the Sanding Department. Sanding:

This position requires the use of palm sanders, overhead sanding machines, sanding blocks for sanding, puttying nail holes and cabinet joints on cabinet case work. Inspection and quality control is a vital part of this position to ensure the cabinetry is ready for the Finishing Department. Finishing:

This position requires previous experience using spray equipment and a good eye for color as this position mixes and matching stains and paints. Inspection of all finished parts to ensure match to control samples, and quality control to ensure cabinetry is ready for the Pre-installation Department is an essential part of the Finishing position. General knowledge that is needed for all positions in the shop:

Understand different cabinet parts and how they work in conjunction with adjoining parts Reading and understanding computer printout drawings and blueprints of how cabinets need to be assembled Able to read a tape measure and accurately measure down to 1/16” Able to add and subtract fractions Tasks include some lifting – must be able to lift 10 – 50 lbs unassisted General working knowledge of hand tools Safe work habits Attention to detail Work schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Friday – As needed (overtime) Full-time Compensation:
