Job Summary Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to Commercial Lines Accounts. Duties include delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service, working independently and collaboratively with clients, producers, and company representatives to design and execute comprehensive insurance programs tailored to client needs. Building professional rapport, maintaining knowledge of commercial lines coverage and underwriting guidelines, and ensuring confidentiality and a positive work environment are essential. Responsibilities and Duties Design and implement insurance programs for new and renewing clients in accordance with agency and underwriting guidelines. Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, ensuring timely renewal processes to protect client interests and agency relationships. Represent insureds accurately to carrier partners per submission standards. Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance, collaborate with producers, and present coverage options to clients for signatures and warranties. Maintain agency management systems with required information. Prioritize workflow to handle responsibilities efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with team members to support clients and achieve agency goals. Stay informed about industry regulations and carrier requirements. Educate clients on coverage details, exclusions, and exposures. Handle client and carrier concerns professionally, maintaining positive relationships. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals. Tools & Technology Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Positive team player with analytical and detail-oriented skills. Strong mathematical skills and professional appearance. Respect for confidentiality and motivation to work independently. Ability to make strategic decisions with discretion and judgment. Flexibility to work beyond standard hours for client meetings or industry events. Education and Special Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Property & casualty license required. Three to five years of property & casualty marketing experience preferred. Awareness of E&O exposure and prevention techniques.
