Overview
The Facets Configuration Business Systems Analyst analyzes a wide range of FACETS configuration change requests for determining the technical scope, impact on existing system configuration, and exact nature of modifications required to implement the change. The position requires a thorough understanding of relational database theory as well as technical testing methodologies.
Work Arrangement This is a 100% remote position
Responsibilities
Serves as a technical consultant to assigned Health Plan(s) in the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation, as well as to Service Operations on business initiatives that require FACETS configuration modifications
Responds to and completes FACETS configuration requests
Works on a minimum of five (5) projects consecutively, depending on the size
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent technical experience
At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Configuration, or related business area
Previous experience with Exchange or Commercial Plan, Product and Benefit configuration preferred
Previous experience with Medicare Fee Schedule Pricing and NetworX Agreement builds preferred
Microsoft Access or equivalent relational database application experience
Ability to build complex queries, reports, and macros
