As an Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) analyst, you'll bring your data collection, analysis, and reporting expertise to work on projects for the international security cooperation (SC) mission area. You'll support the development and execution of an assessment and monitoring program for Department of the Air Force (DAF) SC activities that informs SC management decisions. You'll support the development of an SC activity lessons learned programs to provide recommendations for changes to policy, changes to programs, and resource allocation decisions. You'll support SC analysis projects as mission requirements dictate to demonstrate the value proposition of DAF SC and recommend adjustments to plans that maximize return on engagement. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes.
You'll guide the work we do for the security cooperation mission area, and the solutions we deliver for DAF. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

You Have:
6+ years of experience in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation
Knowledge of security cooperation and international affairs, DAF roles and missions, and data systems and metrics
Ability to perform duties and communicate professionally and effectively across the civilian and military spectrum from Action Officer to the General Officer or Senior Executive Service-level
Ability to work effectively with any version of the Microsoft Office Suite software applications
Secret clearance
Master's degree in an Operations Research or International Affairs field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with SC authoritative data systems, such as the Defense Security Assistance Management System, and data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI
Knowledge of the DODI 5132.14 AM&E Policy for the SC Enterprise
Ability to perform advanced analytics
Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Security Cooperation Workforce Basic or Foundational-level certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
