Senior Designer Exp.: 6-8+ years Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HCI, Human Factors, Design, Psychology, Communications, or related). 5+ years of proven UX/product design experience, including leadership responsibilities. Extensive experience conducting and applying user research to inform strategy and execution. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong understanding of UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Portfolio demonstrating leadership on high-impact, end-to-end design initiatives across multiple platforms Skills Required
