In this position, you will act as a Lead for Warranty claims linked to CEP engines. You will work cross functionally with different departments across the plant and also with external teams including VO, PD, PTME, and STA. Your primary focus will be working on top quality concerns impacting both the plant Externally (Warranty and VO) and Internally (FTT and JPH). Responsibilities
Understand and drive key external indicators (R/1000) Support analysis of ECB claims and verbatims Assist teams in customer problem solving Link and help drive external to internal indicators Work with Plant teams identifying MFG processes affecting warranty Drive Critical-to-Quality elements and Blue-Q process Co-facilitate weekly PRT meetings Support all Quality meetings and reviews at Plant (PIC, PQR, PRT, PCC, QCC, etc) Go-To person for Quality Manager for warranty activity Drive and validate MFG responsible BSAQ ICAs/PCAs/PRAs Drive correct BSAQ binning and re-binning activities Communicate and interface with STA and PD teams on customer warranty Work with Launch and Plant teams on early launch warranty issues (EWRT) Qualifications
High School Diploma Experience in Quality Engineering Demonstrated experience in accomplishing tasks and objectives Proven problem-solving ability Previous Incoming Quality Supervision Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications
