We’re seeking an experienced
Retirement Plan Administrator
with strong
Relius Administration
expertise to manage all aspects of retirement plan administration from A to Z. The ideal candidate has a solid background in compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, plan document work, and daily communication with clients and advisors. Responsibilities
Administer and manage qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, and defined benefit plans. Perform annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and trust accounting. Prepare and review Form 5500 and related schedules. Interpret plan documents, ensure ERISA and IRS compliance, and recommend corrections when needed. Maintain accurate participant records and process distributions, loans, and rollovers. Communicate regularly with clients, financial advisors, and recordkeepers to resolve issues and provide proactive service. Utilize FIS Relius Administration software for plan management, testing, and reporting. Support plan conversions, terminations, and amendments as needed. Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in full-cycle retirement plan administration (A to Z). Proficiency in Relius Administration software is required. Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and client communication skills. ASPPA or CEBS certification a plus (QKA, QPA, CPC preferred but not required). Benefits
