As an Implementations Project Manager, you will focus on supporting new Investor Services customers as they onboard to Carta. You will drive operational excellence by coordinating, facilitating, and managing onboarding activities that are critical to success for both customers and Carta within tight deadlines. Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations clients by onboarding them onto Carta (implementation of client’s limited partners list, investments, capitalization table, and securities). Extract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to Carta. Analyze data thoroughly to maintain data integrity throughout onboarding. Act as the bridge post-sales between Sales and Investor Services; coordinate and manage multiple, simultaneous implementation projects; communicate with and motivate clients. Continuously seek ways to improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with product and engineering to improve the onboarding experience for customers. The Impact You’ll Have
You’ll play a critical role in transforming the financial services industry by partnering with new clients to implement Carta software. You will interact with fund back offices (CFOs, fund managers) to collect historical data, provide advisory support, and deliver accurate data to clients and internal stakeholders. About You

Proven success in a project management role Ability to interpret stories from unstructured data Experience working with financial data Strong interpersonal skills and communication Experience working with clients Experience managing small and large projects with measurable success Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle competing priorities autonomously Ambitious, pragmatic, and willing to go above and beyond requirements Interest in enterprise software Compensation includes a market-competitive salary, equity for full-time roles, benefits, and applicable commissions. For New York, NY, the minimum cash compensation range is $81,000–$85,000 (+ commission). We are hiring for multiple levels and locations; final offers may vary by geography and experience.
